The twelve week course offered by Sri Dharmasthala Maanjunatheshwar (SDM) College will help in understanding the nature, host and replication of different groups of viruses, spread and management of viral diseases.
The course will cover topics of origin and evolutionary significance of viruses, visualization and enumeration of virus particles, physical and biological methods of virus detection, etc. The online course will be led by Dr Katenahalli Rudrappa Maruthi.
